Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting on behalf of a local charity to recruit for a Supported Housing Officer in Solihull. The role is temporary, with a view to go permanent for the right candidate. The client is looking for an immediate start.

As a Supported Housing Officer in Solihull, the responsibilities are:

• Providing housing management advice and
• Logging and arranging property repairs
• Collecting rents from tenants
• Providing Housing related advice and guidance

As a Supported Housing Officer in Solihull you will need experience of the following:

• Tenancy management experience, ideally within a supported housing environment
• Experience working with vulnerable adults would be preferable
• Knowledge of Housing Benefits
• Be able to show empathy to clients along with help provide solutions
• Good attention to detail
• Knowledge of welfare rights
• A DBS check issued within the last 12 months and/or on the update service
