Employee Relations Business Partner - Birmingham

  • £35,500pa plus Car Allowance
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Hybrid Working

Role Employee Relations Business Partner

You will report into the HR Manager and be responsible for providing an excellent Generalist HR partnering service ensuring the delivery of a successful and proactive HR support and advice service including; employee relations, employment law, absence management, and performance management issues.

Responsibilities Employee Relations Business Partner

  • Being the key contact for a dedicated area of the business with the support of the HR Associates on all Generalist HR related enquiries
  • ER - Completing employee relations casework including flexible working requests, investigations, disciplinary and grievance
  • Escalating complex casework to the HR Manager, whilst supporting the process
  • Additional project work

About You

  • Experience of working in a busy HR environment.
  • Working knowledge of Employee Relations and HR.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • CIPD qualified at Level 5 or above.
