Employee Relations Business Partner, Birmingham

We have a current opportunity available for an Employee Relations Business Partner on a permanent basis, based in Birmingham.

• Salary £35,000 - £37,000

Role Employee Relations Business Partner

• Being the key contact for a dedicated area of the business with the support of the HR Associates on all HR related enquiries
• Completing employee relations casework including flexible working requests, investigations, disciplinary and grievance
• Escalating complex casework to the HR Manager, whilst supporting the process
• Leading on their specialist area of either L&D or EDI

Experience

• Experience of working in a busy HR environment.
• Working knowledge of Employee Relations and HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• CIPD qualified at Level 5 or above.
