HR Administrator FTC - Leicestershire

We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Administrator based in Leicestershire. The HR Administrator will act as the first point of contact for all transactional related enquiries.

  • Salary £23,800 FTE
  • 6-month FTC - Full Time
  • Hybrid working 2days in the office
  • Flexible working policy

Role HR Administrator

  • HR administration of all transactional work e.g., leave procedures, flexi, starters, leavers, and attendance, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and managers are supported and guided appropriately.
  • Payroll administration, work with the finance & relevant third parties, ensuring that all payroll related changes are processed in a timely and accurately
  • Recruitment administration, supporting managers to ensure that recruitment/onboarding processes and documentation are progressed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Additional administration relating to learning and development, liaising with internal contacts and external suppliers to ensure an efficient and timely process is followed

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a HR administration role, including recruitment
  • Experience of using HR Systems /databases
  • Payroll - Experience of processing transactional changes through to a payroll bureau
  • Competent in data collation, reporting and analysing
  • High attention to detail resulting in an excellent degree of accuracy
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Organising and prioritising own workloads in order to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
