Recruitment Administrator - Wolverhampton

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Recruitment Administrator to join an established Charity based in Wolverhampton.

  • 6month FTC
  • 30 hours per week over 4 days
  • Hybrid Working (WV2)
  • £18,000 - £22,000 (pro rata)

Role Recruitment Administrator

  • To provide efficient and comprehensive support to the HR Team and line managers with all areas of the recruitment cycle
  • Acting as a main point of contact for initial enquiries and supporting candidates through the recruitment journey.
  • Ensure a first-class candidate experience that is efficient, professional, and informative.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy requisition through to offer stage.
  • Manage the selection process assisting managers with the use of the ATS when shortlisting and arranging interviews for the candidates
  • Monitor recording of EDI information by applicants through ATS and produce KPI information
  • Support the HR Assistant in the coordination and processing of DBS checks
  • Create and maintain staff information on the PeopleHR system, ensuring an accurate record is kept at all times

Key Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
  • Experience of working in a customer focused function
  • Experience of working in a busy office dealing with conflicting demands
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of People HR system
  • Schedules and prioritises work to meet deadlines
