HR Operations Manager

We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Operations Manager based in Birmingham, B44. This is a Permanent position, offers hybrid working with a salary up to £40,000. Education Sector.

The HR Operations Manager will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of operational HR activities with high quality, customer focused support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR Operations Team, overseeing and delivering a high quality, effective HR administration and information service.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the HR Operations team ensuring high levels of service quality and achievement of service level agreements.
  • Lead resourcing, recruitment and talent acquisition activities ensuring engagement with diverse communities, an inclusive candidate experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve complex HR Operations queries and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Lead improvements to HR Operations processes including change management of supporting technologies.
  • Manage the provision of timely and accurate HR Operations data and information to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the integrity of employee data and its effective interface with other business systems.

Skills and Experience

  • CIPD qualification
  • Expert in Microsoft Office applications and transferable skills in a range of business systems.
  • Experience of working in a leadership capacity within an operational, high volume, HR role with evidence of managing and motivating a high performing team.
  • Experience of recruitment/talent acquisition activities and the associated technology.
  • Experience of utilising continuous improvement and project management tools and techniques.
  • Experience of operational planning and monitoring of performance against action plans and targets.
  • Excellent systems and process skills with successful experience of implementing change.
  • Excellent customer service skills with successful experience of inspiring others to deliver excellence.
