Resourcing and Reward Manager - Nottingham

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Resourcing and Reward Manager based in Nottingham.

The Resourcing & Reward Manager will work closely with the Organisational Development Manager to create and deliver recruitment and workforce planning strategies that attract talent, promote internal development through the organisation.

  • Salary £46,500 - £49,500
  • Hybrid working and Flexible working
  • Full Time - can be permanent or FTC

Role Resourcing and Reward Manager

  • Management and delivery of high volume recruitment and working knowledge of wider recruitment market dynamics
  • Promote innovative resourcing strategies such as social media to source candidates
  • Project Management of the Resourcing and Reward Strategy
  • Ensure equality and diversity within recruitment and selection
  • Management of the reward and benefit packages, ensuring they are fit for purpose
  • Responsible for job evaluation and developing company payroll and reward strategies
  • Develops strategies to source and attract the best talent using a variety of tools including digital, social media and traditional candidate services

Skills and Experience

  • Internal resourcing
  • Management of company structure and establishment
  • Extensive Knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice
  • Experience of working with payroll
  • Involvement in pension contract management would be a positive
  • Experience of internal and/or agency recruitment
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Knowledge and experience of job evaluation would be desirable
  • Experience and knowledge of managing employee benefits packages
