Customer Service Advisor

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work on a 6 month contract in Walsall. Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader.

What are the duties of a Customer Service Advisor?

• Recording all customer interactions accurately on IT platforms
• Handle a range of customer enquiries across a variety of channels including telephone, email and social media
• Challenge inefficient processes; making recommendations for improvements and attending cross functional workshops to discuss changes
• Provide a face to face service to customers who visit the main office, supporting them with using the self-service platforms
• Deliver an excellent level of service to all customers, ensuring that enquiries are resolved in a timely manner

The ideal Customer Services Advisor will have:

• Experience of working in a customer facing role over the phone or face to face
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Evidence of performing to targets and reaching/exceeding KPI's
• Confidence with promoting online self-service platforms and the ability to support digitally
• Knowledge of online digital platforms
• Strong problem solving and analytically skills
• The ability to demonstrate empathy and great listening skills

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Full time, office based in WS1
