Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Contracts Manager to join a highly reputable and leading national contractor. You will be based in Derby covering the East Midlands region.
As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a number of designated contracts and sites from implementation to completion and handover.
You will be responsible for the control and management of a number of site managers and ensure contracts are completed to programme, with zero defects within budget.
The ideal candidate will be client facing and have strong experience within social housing as well as experience in delivering kitchen and bathroom contracts, refurbishment and planned works.

The successful Contracts Manager will have 3 years experience in a similar role within social housing and you must hold a current SMSTS or associated NVQ.
