Logistics Operative

Job description

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for two Logistics Operatives to work in Redditch.

These are full-time, temporary positions, 37 hours per week for 4-6 weeks - potential to go on longer.

Duties of a Logistics Operative:

• Moving stock from old to new vans
• Basic stock take of van stock
• Logging receipt of old and distributing new fuel cards/tachograph cards
• Liaising with trades colleagues
• Driving vans from one part of the compound to another
• General admin
• Moving and handling duties

Requirements of a Logistics Operative:

• Able to physically move stock
• Manual handling
• Attention to detail - stock counting
• Good communicator - communicating with trades people
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Fleet / stores / warehouse experience
• Driving licence is essential
