Multi Skilled Carpenter

Job description

We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled carpenter to work on properties within Social Housing across Birmingham.

As a multi skilled carpenter you will be working on domestic properties installing and fitting kitchens from bespoke plans as well as some plumbing, wall tiling and patch plastering.

The successful multi skilled carpenter must have:

• At least 12 months experience in domestic carpentry
• Experience fitting kitchens
• Full UK driving license own van
• NVQ or equivalent in carpentry

You MUST have your own van as you will not receive a company van until you go permanent after 12 weeks.

We are looking for people who are available immediately and are open to temp to perm opportunities.

This is a full-time role totalling to 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm with a 3.30pm finish on Fridays.

You will be required to get a DBS check as well as hold asbestos awareness - these can be arranged if you do not already have them.
