Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for two experienced and enthusiastic Project Managers to work in either Aids and Adaptations or Decarbonisation.
Based on-site in Burton, the areas you would be covering are the Derbyshire and East Midlands region within social housing environments.

The role of the Projects Manager is to ensure the smooth operation of a focused contract and number of smaller sites from site mobilisation to completion and handover. With responsibility for the control and management of trade colleagues and where applicable Site Supervisor. The Projects Manager will ensure contracts are completed to programme, with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to the Health & Safety of their operational team, the client or the general public.

Successful Project Managers will have a minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role and hold a current SMSTS or associated NVQ.
You must also be flexible in hours of work and travel and hold a full UK driving licence.
