We have a current opportunity for a Help Desk Operator / Administrator on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Stevenage.
Helpdesk and Enquiries
Shared first point of contact for site maintenance emergencies.
Share operation of the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk (breakdowns and maintenance) Download answer phone requests and input work requests to Planet.
Take phone and emailed queries about Helpdesk call requests advising the caller/emailer with updates from the maintenance teams progress notes against the work orders and chasing any requests not yet picked up by the team.
Ordering and Invoicing
Lead on Suppliers
Take lead with the contractor sign in system ensuring that when signing in, contractors are issued with their identity passes and parking passes and any keys that have been pre- booked for issue.
Ensure that any keys that have been issued are signed for and returned, chasing any contractors that have not returned keys after leaving site.
Lead on Contracts
Keep details of maintenance contracts via the estates CAFM system up to date liaising with
Procurement and the Contracts Manager
File contractors service report sheets, RAMS and other documentation in audit files electronically.
Notify estates managers when contracts are due for renewal
Duration of role: Min 3 months (on going)
Pay: £10 PH Plus holiay pay = £11.21PH
