Job description
I am currently looking for a Housing Case Worker to join one of our clients based in Braintree. The role is specifically working within a shot gap accommodation service for Homeless people and families.
The Housing Case Worker role will be Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
For the Housing Case Worker position you will need experience within the following:
- Computer & Admin skills
- Knowledge of Housing/Welfare Benefits
- Sign posting to specialist agencies
- Ability to complete forms and referrals
- Liaising with local authorities
- Dealing with complaints
For this role you will need an Enhanced DBS that is within a year old or one that is on the update service.
