Drug & Alcohol Worker

Job description

I am currently looking for a Specialist Support Worker to work with one of our clients based in Harlow. Within the role you will be supporting clients with a history of Drug & Alcohol issues over a 7 day rolling rota. Please note occasional sleep-ins are required (bonus paid)

Responsibilities within the Specialist Support Worker position:

• Deliver a Drug & Alcohol service to customers with previous addiction issues who are on the road to recovery
• Provide specialist support by giving good practice and being involved within complex/high risk cases
• Ensuring accurate records and reporting requirements are kept updated
• Develop strong relationships with voluntary agencies to allow service users access

For this role will you need an Enhanced DBS within the last year or one that is on the update service.
