Key responsibilities of a Job Coach
In this Job Coach job, your responsibilities will include:
- To provide job coaching in the workplace that will enable an individual to attain the skills to enable them to gain or maintain employment as set out in their plan
- Review and updater the learners progress through their journey
- Actively partake In reflection and feedback of the learners work to better their employment skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to improving the team's performance through constructive feedback and generation of ideas and solutions
- Understands responsibility for Prevent, safeguarding and critical incident reporting in accordance with both internal and external procedures.
- To undertake other duties in line with the job purpose
Skills & experience
- Experience of supporting vulnerable people
- Able to communicate clearly and efficiently
- Adaptable to different learning styles
- Will need an DBS children and adult cleared issued within the last 12 months or on the update service
