Mental Healthcare Support Worker

You must be a licensed driver with access to a vehicle. The roles are based around Watford, Stevenage and Ware

Morgan Hunt are proud to be working with Hertfordshire Mind Network as they recruit to their Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Service.

We are looking for 2 members of staff to work full time on a rota working evening shifts, 17:30 - 01:30 due to the nature of the service.

Helping to improve the mental well-being of people experiencing mental health crisis, you will provide emotional support and work with those in person or via the telephone.

You will have an understanding of current challenges within the mental health sector and have the ability to deal with stressful and difficult situations in a calm manner.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology graduate or someone with lived experience of poor mental health to work for an excellent charity. We are open minded to applicants as long as you are confident speaking to people and have fantastic knowledge of the sector, we will consider you.
