HR Business Partner - Housing Association - Hertfordshire with hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join an award winning People team.
You will support the Assistant Director of People and Wellbeing with implementation of the HR operational and strategic objectives. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of managing complex employee relations and of managing a small team. Experience of managing recruitment campaigns and working on talent management initiatives needs to be combined with a coaching mindset. Excellent relationship building skills are essential. You will be CIPD qualified.
