Job description
Morgan Hunt have partnered with a national charity to recruit for an IQA in Northampton. This is a full time permanent role paying circa £29,000 and offers hybrid working. The primary function of this role is to support Tutors in their delivery of Employability courses. The client is willing to consider candidates who do not currently hold an IQA qualification but are willing to train towards one and demonstrate knowledge around quality practices.
The IQA will be responsible for:
- Supporting teams to have an overview of quality and compliance to drive quality improvements
- Conducting internal quality assurance practices in line with requirements against RARPA
- Maintaining effective records
- Providing support and coaching to the delivery teams
- Supporting with the national quality assurance
The IQA will need to:
- Demonstrate a history of quality assurance activities including observations, auditing and record monitoring
- Showcase teamwork and improving work practices through feedback and coaching
- Have a thorough understanding of Ofsted requirements
- Have worked on Employability or Functional Skill programmes
- Be an experienced Tutor/Trainer
- Hold an IQA qualification or be willing to obtain one
- Have access to their own transport and be flexible to travel across the Northampton region
