Job description

We have a great opportunity for a HR Co-ordinator to join a fantastic youth charity on a 4-month temporary basis for their office located in East London. This HR Co-ordinator role is offering £15.29 per hour payee.

Key responsibilities for HR Co-ordinator:

  • Responsible for providing first -line, professional HR administration support for all employees
  • Liaise with payroll ensuring monthly data are correct and sent through in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all employee records (paper, electronic and the HR System)
  • Supporting the Learning and Development team with the administration of chasing completed probation review forms and induction check lists.
  • To provide extensive support to admin tasks related to the employee life cycle and recruitment team

Person specification for HR Co-ordinator:

  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks on own initiative, working to tight deadlines
  • Understanding of the requirements of confidentiality of records, documents, information and GDPR
  • General HR administrative experience, including high level use of a HR database
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • To maintain high quality working relationships with individuals both internally and externally
