Permanent HR Officer - Birmingham

We have an opportunity available for an experienced HR Officer, based in Birmingham.

  • Salary £23,000 - £28,000
  • Hybrid working - 2days in the office 3 days WFH
  • City Centre Offices

Role HR Officer

  • Administration of a wide range of HR related processes and projects, including payroll.
  • Maintaining relationships and providing excellent HR support to our internal stakeholders.
  • The team looks after several tasks and processes within the employment life cycle including
    • Recruitment, onboarding
    • Employee relations, supporting in meetings, minute taking, preparing documentation
    • Payroll
    • Training & development
    • Absence management and exits etc.

Key skills and experience

  • Have a strong interest in HR, with experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Studied a HR related topic, hold a CIPD qualification or working towards is preferred
  • Ability to use Microsoft &/or Google office packages
