Morgan Hunt is working with a prestigious Charity based in Hertfordshire in search of a HR Officer to provide first line advice and support the staff team.
Role: HR Officer

Length of contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,000
Hours: 35 HOURS
Location: Hertfordshire (hybrid working 1-2 days a week at home)
Your role of Resourcing Advisor will include:
- You will manage employee relations casework which will include disciplinaries, grievances, retirement etc…
- You will advise line managers on terms and conditions of employment, performance issues, sickness absence, maternity and paternity leave, grievances, benefits and pay queries
- You will maintain accurate HR records
- You will support the recruitment process by writing/posting job adverts on various job boards, arranging interviews and prepare interview questions and attending recruitment fairs.
- You will advise staff and keep up to date with policies, procedures, and best practise
You will need:
-CIPD Level 5 qualified
-Experience using online HR Systems
-Experience working with an organisation working with young adults/children
-A good understanding of employment law
-Experience using BreatheHR (desirable)
-An enhanced DBS
