We have a current opportunity for a Data Engineer to work with our public sector client on a number of Health Data projects. The role can be be performed from anywhere in the UK with only 1 day per quarter required on site for a quarterly meeting.
This position requires someone who can think laterally, someone with the confidence to question established practices and look at innovative ways to solve complex health data management problems. Being proactive, with a can-do attitude will be a distinct advantage.
You must be able to work alone, and to agreed client deadlines. You must also be able to steward projects to completion, provide support for others and take ownership, driving key work areas within the data team.
You will regularly be required to communicate clearly on complex and specialised issues both orally and in writing, often to non-specialists and may be required to draft revised policies, procedures and processes within own work area.
As part of an ISO27001 accredited organisation, you'll be expected to be part of data governance, the use of privacy enhancing technologies, third parties, and other methods essential for the safe use of patient data.
