Learning Support Assistance

Salary: Starting from £450.00 -£460.00 per week D.O.E

Hours: Part-time/Full-time hours available

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Learning Support Assistance to join our Agency. We have a current opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The Learning Support Assistance will be providing classroom-based support for students with special educational needs will include students who have an Education, Health, and care plan as well as those with undiagnosed support needs, such as dyslexia, ADHD, and Autism. Working with tutors and Inclusive support Lead, provide feedback on students' progression towards their targets on a weekly basis.

Ideally, having had experience as an LSA or in a similar role where they are familiar with working with those with additional needs is required and an adult and child DBS is essential.

Compliance checks will be carried out which will include, DBS, Right to work, Proof of ID & References. Assistance can be given, should you not have any of the above documents.
