We are currently on the search for a dynamic, highly motivated, curriculum expert to continue the drive to deliver Outstanding across the College and lead on Group strategies. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of curriculum expertise with a high level of analytical skills. Leading the Heads of Department you will possess excellent communication skills, provide support and challenge in driving the curriculum and skills agenda across Redcar and Cleveland College. In addition to line management duties you will also hold a portfolio of Group strategic responsibilities. The Education and Training Collective achieved Good in its last Ofsted (May 2022). We are looking to build on that success as we look to the future.
