Business Support Advisor

Salford

3 Month contract likely to be extended

£10.71 Holiday pay

Morgan Hunt are working with the NSPCC, who are looking for a Business Support Advisor to join them on an initial 3 month temporary basis, with a possibility of this being extended. You will be the first point of contact, providing administrative support to the NSPCC Helpline alongside communication with the charity's supporters.

Main Duties:

As an Business Support Advisor you will be responsible for the below:

• Collaborating with child protection agencies via email and phone, to share sensitive information received via the Helpline.
• Responding to Supporters with enquiries they have via email and telephone.
• Handling sensitive information and correspondence, for example letters from Will executives
• Encouraging customers to support the core values of the organisation.

Requirements:

As an Business Support Advisor you must have the below:

• Strong administrative background
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems e.g Microsoft
