Recruitment Administrator - Remote Working

We have a current opportunity available for a Recruitment Administrator on a 6-month FTC, working from home. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known Charity and be a part of their high performing HR Team.

  • £20,000 per annum
  • 35 hours per week
  • Home based with occasional travel

Role Recruitment Administrator

  • To deliver a highly efficient end-to-end recruitment programme across the organisation
  • Act as first point of contact for all recruitment and contract queries.
  • Lead recruitment, ensuring our recruitment service is delivered to an excellent standard
  • Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to emails within the agreed SLA
  • Engage with new starters, ensuring they are updated on their pre-employment checks and answering any questions
  • Identify, maintain, and promote the use of cost-effective recruitment channels.
  • Work collaboratively with Managers to develop workforce and recruitment plans to address current and future staffing requirements.
  • Produce regular reports on recruitment metrics, highlighting trends including sector specific benchmarking to support management decision making.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of coordinating and administering end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, nationally
  • Experience of building collaborative relationships at all levels of an organisation and being able to effectively manage expectations.
  • Recruiting experience within the social care sector.
  • Experience of undertaking pre-employment checks i.e., DBS references etc
  • Experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns effectively
