We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Team Leader to lead the brickwork curriculum and work-based learning team.
In this hybrid curriculum/work-based learning role a successful candidate will deliver to a range of learners including full-time learners on study programmes, adults on part-time programmes and apprentices. In this role you will be responsible for delivering and leading on all levels of brickwork from Entry to Level 3 to Higher Education.
This Curriculum Team Leader in Brickwork will have extensive industry experience and experience delivering, assessing and verifying all levels of qualification. You should have experience of co-ordination and managing a range of courses and be able to give our students an enriching experience from day one.
To be a successful candidate you will have a teaching qualification and level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE C grade or equivalent) as well as a professional/vocational qualification in a brickwork at Level 3 or above as well as industry experience and evidence of strong CPD. Assessing and Internal Verification Awards are essential.
You will be able to lead your team successfully, working collaboratively with colleagues in the department. You will have good contacts with industry professionals and can work with them effectively to shape our future curriculum as well as providing excellent opportunities for the college's students to gain first-hand experience in brickwork / construction.
