Employer Partnership Co-oordinator
Morgan hunt are working in partnership with an FE College in Greater Manchester to appoint two Employer Partnership Coordinator's to join their successful Apprenticeships team
The areas of focus will be in engineering, motor vehicles and Civils for one role, and the second will be covering business within electrical installation
This role requires excellent communication skills and administrative ability, efficient organisation and good diary management skills. To be successful in this role you will be able to build positive partnerships and relationships with employers and provide constructive feedback that supports Apprentices to continually improve.
You will work with the Head of Apprenticeships and Quality Lead to ensure Employers, Apprentices and prospective Apprentices across all areas of provision have a positive experience and are managed and communicated with on a regular basis.
We are looking for candidates with a business-like and customer focused approach who have worked with customers and clients in a previous role.
Experience in using the e-portfolio systems to plan reviews, monitor progression of skills/knowledge/competence and track learner progress is desirable but the right candidate will be able to learn new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
