TEACHER OF PROFESSIONAL FOOD, BAKERY & PATISSERIE

salary between 24-40k per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified, enthusiastic and highly skilled teacher in food, bakery / patisserie. The college has a fantastic reputation in the local and wider community and operates at levels seen in the high-end Manchester food scene. Work is also underway to add a new bakery / Patisserie kitchen to the existing provision as well as a new bakery shop open to the public to retail many of its products. to be successful in this role, you will have a passion for teaching food studies and be responsible for developing future talent for careers in the hospitality industry.

You should hold a relevant teaching degree or equivalent, a level 3 qualification in catering and have experience of delivering food and bakery / patisserie programs across levels 1-3. Experience of apprenticeship delivery would also be advantageous. Other key attributes you will require include:
