HR Advisor 12-month FTC - Greater Manchester

We have a fantastic 12-month fixed term contract available for a HR Advisor based in Greater Manchester.

• Full Time office-based role, with travel to other locations required
• 12-month FTC
• Salary up to £31,500

Role

The HR Advisor will work with Senior Managers, driving the People Strategy and Organisational Development and Engagement Plan, taking the lead on specific projects as required.

• Provide accurate, customer focused, pragmatic HR advice and guidance to all key stakeholders.
• Act as a change advocate, assisting and encouraging managers and employees through organisational change and development programs.
• Coach, guide and advise managers on employee relations matters including participation in investigations, hearings and appeals as appropriate.
• Work collaboratively within the Groups SLT to deliver workforce plans, attract, and retain talent and develop succession pathways.

Skills and Experience required

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent skills and knowledge.
• HR generalist experience gained in a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
• Experience of operating in a business partner model
• Able to simplify complex problems, processes, or projects into component parts, explore and evaluate them systematically.
