Senior HR Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior HR Advisor to join a well-known Morgan Hunt Client based in the W. Yorkshire. This is a Permanent position with a salary of £30,000 to £32,000.

The Senior HR Advisor will provide HR advice and guidance across the group, supporting the business and People Strategy.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide support to managers during disciplinary investigations, grievance, performance management, attendance management and other situations as appropriate.
• Provide advice and guidance around internal policy and procedure.
• Support the design and redesign of business areas and supporting with cases for change.
• Getting involved in TUPE arrangements, organisational change, and departmental reviews.
• Contribute and management of the recruitment and selection processes.
• Support starter and leaver processes, including onboarding, induction, and exit.
• Support the Learning and Engagement management with employee engagement initiatives.
• Implement best practice approaches to people management services.

Skills and Experience

• Qualified to Level 5 in Human Resources
• Experienced HR professional Demonstrable experience of supporting in a broad range of People Service matters, e.g., recruitment, casework, wellbeing
• Awareness and knowledge in the application of employment law
• Data management skills, including analysis and interpretation
• Confidence to work independently over a generalist range of HR topic areas
