Morgan Hunt are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Agent for a Housing provider in Preston. This is a temporary contract to start immediately. Working hours are 37 hours per week (between the hours of 8.30 - 5.30pm) Monday to Friday.
As a Contact Centre Agent you will;
Work as part of a Customer Service team to provide a first class digital and telephone service to customers
Respond to a range of Housing Management enquiries such as rehousing, rent and repairs
Listen and respond positively to complaints and feedback about service improvement
Make outbound calls to customers, colleagues in other departments including carrying out customer survey
Use on line systems to record information
Liaise with other departments within the organisation to ensure customer queries are resolved swiftly
The role of Contact Centre Agent is an extremely fast paced role and the successful candidate will have the ability to deal with a wide range of enquiries from the public including calls which may be complex. You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer care skills and the ability to listen and interact with customers who may be vulnerable.
Due to the fast turn around time on this role, experience of providing customer service within social housing is desirable l as well as the ability to make quick and effective decisions on a raise of housing issues.
