Morgan Hunt are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for a Housing provider in Chester. This is an ongoing temporary contract with the potential to become permanent and to start immediately. Working hours are 26 hours per week over 5 days (9am - 2pm, 8am - 1pm, 12 - 5pm and 12 - 6pm are typical shift patterns), Monday to Friday.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will;
The role of Customer Service Advisor is an extremely fast paced role and the successful candidate will have the ability to deal with a wide range of enquiries from the public including calls which may be complex. You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer care skills and the ability to listen and interact with customers who may be vulnerable.
Due to the fast turn around time on this role, experience of providing customer service within social housing is desirable l as well as the ability to make quick and effective decisions on a raise of housing issues.
