Building Surveyor - Housing - Stock Conditions Surveys - Temporary Contracts - Manchester, Merseyside and West Yorkshire areas

We have a several opportunities for experienced Building Surveyors to carry out Stock Conditions Surveys within Supported/Social Housing on a temporary basis. Most of the work will be in Northwest England so minimal travel if you are based in the Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire or Lancashire areas.


What you'll need:

A relevant building surveying qualification to a minimum HNC/HND level.

Experience of stock condition or building surveying in the social, supported or private housing sector

Experience of delivering high levels of service to internal and external customers.

Enhanced DBS Check will be required

Full driving licence and own vehicle.
