Morgan Hunt are currently working with a large Housing Association to recruit a Support Worker to work in one of their Supported Housing services in Wirral. The service is a 6 bed emergency homeless accommodation for 16 -17-year old's (male and female). The scheme is managed by the Housing Association on behalf of the LA and offers temporary accommodation for young people who become homeless. There is an initial stay of 8 weeks to allow the local authority social care to access the young people and either find longer term accommodation or return them home.
The role is to run on a temporary basis for 8 - 12 weeks whilst permanent recruitment is ongoing and involves working 37 hours per week across a 5 week rolling rota (07.30 - 03.30, 3.00pm - 10.30 pm, 10.30pm - 07.30 waking nights).

An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service is required for the role of Support Worker.
