Permanent HR Manager, Manchester
We have a Permanent opportunity available for an experienced a HR Manager to join a well-known Charity based in Manchester.
The HR Manager will work with the SLT on the development and implementation of the HR Strategy across the organisation. Ensuring the HR strategy is fully aligned with organisational values and delivers a progressive, agile, and motivated workplace experience which enhances employee engagement and wellbeing as well as driving inclusivity across the organisation.

Skills and Experience HR Manager
- CIPD Qualified or equivalent suitable HR related experience
- Experience in leading a People Operation or HR function
- Experience of leading operational change programmes
- Previous experience of working closely with an Executive Board member (Desirable)
- Experienced in developing and delivering a HR strategy in a standalone position
- Understanding of change management processes and how to effectively implement change across an organisation with a diverse workforce
