Regional Health and Safety Manager - Northern England region, based out of the Greater Manchester or West Yorkshire area.
Morgan Hunt is working with a leading Public Sector organisation to recruit an exceptional Regional Health and Safety Manager to drive strategy and practice for all stakeholders. Reporting directly into the National Manager, this is an autonomous and influential position, suitable for someone with extensive experience of influencing and leading at a senior level. Working collaboratively with a senior regional team to champion Health and Safety engagement and performance across the area, communication skills will be adept at all levels within the business. This role will also tie in with Training and Development, working to ensure Health and Safety is embraced by colleagues at all levels.
Ideally we wish to hear from NEBOSH National Diploma Level 6 or equivalent qualified professionals who are keen to progress in a growing organisation. Multi-site experience is also vital, along with clear evidence of managing multiple projects and priorities. Naturally you will also possess excellent people skills and coaching techniques to engage and empower colleagues in all matters relating to Health and Safety.
On offer is a salary ranging between £50,000 £55,000 Car Allowance, excellent pension scheme and additional benefits, with 27 days holiday Bank Holidays
