Internal Recruiter - South Manchester

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join one of the fastest growing Health and Social Care companies in the North West, on a permanent basis.

  • The position will be based in Altrincham
  • Office Based - moving to hybrid 1 day a week from home
  • Health and Social Care
  • Salary £25k - £30k

Role

  • The Internal Recruiter will play a critical role in the end-to-end 360 recruitment process for all vacancies across the organisation - Advert to On-boarding.
  • With an emphasis on putting the candidates first and building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Responsible for managing high volume recruitment campaigns and driving the recruitment strategy across the whole organisation
  • Ensuring that the needs of the service users are met by recruiting high-quality applicants into the organisation
  • Manage the Candidate Tracking System
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs

Skills and Experience

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential, either gained in an internal environment or in a genuine 360 role
  • A strong understanding of complex pre-employment checks
  • Previous experience in Health and Social Care would be advantageous
  • Highly organised and skilled in managing high volume recruitment
  • Good knowledge of social media, job boards and other platforms to drive candidate attraction
  • Experience of attracting and recruiting applicants from a wide range of diverse backgrounds.
  • Good creative skills, be able to think innovatively and effectively
