HR Project Manager

£175 - £200 per day

Job description

We have an opportunity available for a HR Project Manager, specialising in Workforce Planning and Development.

This position is on a contract basis until March 2022, offers hybrid working with offices based in Merseyside and is paying £160 - £200 per day.

Key focus areas for the HR Project Manager include

  • Understanding the current workforce
  • Maximise the use of the existing workforce
  • Look for ways of engaging external existing skills
  • Look at how the organisation can grow the workforce

The HR Project Manager will work both strategically and operationally taking the lead responsibility for the implementation and delivery the Project including.

  • Developing rosters, mapping workforce gaps, coordinating temporary workforce requirements and developing recruitment plans and campaigns etc.
  • Working in collaboration with colleagues across the organisation in relation to workforce planning and development strategy
  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering actions from the Programme Board, identifying, and managing risks as well as attendance at project meetings.
