Permanent HR Coordinator - Remote Working

We have a current opportunity available for a HR Coordinator on a Permanent basis, working from home.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known Charity and be a part of their high performing HR Team.

  • £25,000 per annum
  • 35 hours per week
  • Home based with occasional travel

Role HR Coordinator

  • Act as first point of contact for queries. Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all teams and departments within the business, ensuring we provide an excellent service. Provide comprehensive recruitment and administration support across the organisation.
  • Provide advice and support on Probation, absence, grievances, etc
  • Produce reports on HR information for the managers i.e., starters, leavers, turnover, recruitment campaigns.
  • Complete KPI information on a monthly basis for HR Manager
  • Monitor the necessary HR system inboxes and respond in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update HR Information Systems
  • Lead on the end-to-end recruitment, ensuring our recruitment service is delivered to an excellent standard.
  • Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to emails within the agreed SLA time frame
  • Process monthly payroll in line with agreed timescales including starter and leaver, absence, maternity, changes to terms & conditions, liaising with colleagues as appropriate
  • Inform managers on a monthly basis about the payroll deadlines and support them in completing the correct paperwork
  • Resolve any payroll related queries

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of handling employee relations cases
  • Experience of working in a busy HR environment
  • Experience of co-ordinating and administering end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience of preparing and processing payroll
  • Experience of providing HR support to senior stakeholders internally
