Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator - Part Time!
We have a current opportunity available for a part time Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator on a permanent basis based in the North West.
Role Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator
Lead on employee compliance; including all pre-employment checks including but not limited to Right to Work, DBS, induction, probation, health questionnaires and employee contracts
Management and delivery of the end to end recruitment process arranging interviews, liaising with the relevant line managers to ensure the smooth running of recruitment campaigns, issuing offers of employment and processing contracts - this includes management of the Careers inbox, and use of the ATS
Support in the management of the HR inbox - providing first line triage of straight forward HR queries by signposting them to the appropriate policies and procedures. Escalate where queries are or become complex.
