Building Surveyor - Manchester area
A successful and established multi-discipline building consultancy is adding to the Housing Building Surveying team, due client demand. We are looking for an ambitious building surveyor with strong experience working in the housing sector who wants to develop a broader exposure to more complex and varied projects and progress their career. You will already have good working knowledge of running projects from inception to completion and be able to demonstrate the key project management skills and techniques required.
You could be either recently qualified MRICS or MCIOB or seeking to gain this accreditation, in which case this client will support you to achieve that. The business also operates in other sectors including Commercial, Education and Healthcare, creating additional opportunities to develop and progress, plus work on challenging and complex projects.
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £45,000 depending upon experience and the chance to work in a business with a strong client base. The leadership team has excellent connections to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a track record of enhancing employability and professional advancement for colleagues.
