Beauty Lecturer

Job description

Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a Beauty Lecturer to join a College in Gloucestershire, delivering courses in massage, reflexology, aromatherapy and more.

Main duties:

• Delivering high quality teaching and training to groups studying towards a variety of qualifications
• Adapting training techniques to meet the individual needs of learners
• Prepare training rooms in advance of training sessions
• Ensure records are accurate and up to date

The right candidate will:

• Have experience providing treatments in body massage, reflexology and aromatherapy
• Have a good working understanding of the Beauty/Spa industry
• Have previously delivered training in the aforementioned treatments
• Be organised and flexible

Qualifications and experience required:

• Hold a combination of the following qualifications:

- Level 3 Body Massage

- Level 3 Reflexology

- Level 3 Aromatherapy

- Level 3 Beauty Therapy

• Hold an Assessing qualification (e.g. CAVA/A1) or be willing to work towards this
• Being trained in Indian Head Massage and Hot Stone Massage would also be advantageous
• Holding a Level 4 in Internal Quality Assurance would be advantageous
