Job description

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading Training Provider within the Education and Training sector who are currently recruiting for a Programme Support Manager. This is a full time permanent role in Bristol and is paying between £35,000 - £40,000. The client is currently offering a hybrid working policy on a trial basis requiring the postholder for this role to be in their Bristol office 2/3 days per week.

The Programme Support Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the learner journey from sign up to completion
  • The performance management of a team of Programme Coordinators
  • Completing audit and compliance processes to comply with funding rules and ensure eligibility
  • Collaborating with Programme Directors to increase learner numbers
  • Ensuring all data is kept up to date and completing requests by external bodies such as Ofsted
  • Proposing, creating and implementing processes for the business
  • Working in partnership with the Marketing and Programme Directors to ensure the materials a fit for purpose

The Programme Support Manager will need to have:

  • Experience of audit, compliance and funding withing further education
  • A track record in performance management of a team
  • Previously developed and maintained stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to implement processes
  • The ability to be flexible with travel across Bristol to meet the requirements of the business
