Cleaning Supervisor

Morgan Hunt are currently working with a College based in Bristol, in their search for a Cleaning Supervisor. The role is an exciting opportunity for a team leader who has experience within the Public and Education Sectors.

As a cleaning supervisor, you will ensure the smooth running of operations by overseeing a team of cleaners on a daily basis. You will be responsible for making sure all areas are kept clean and sanitary, as well as reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to the appropriate persons.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cleaners and ensure that a high standard of service on the site is maintained and kept clean in all areas.
• Ensure the development and its buildings and common areas are professionally cleaned, well presented and maintained.
• Ensure that all health and safety risks are identified and report any accidents, trips, spills, hazards or near misses as per the site procedures, to the development manager or assistant development manager.
• Report to directors on the status and efficiency of projects.

Personal Specification

• Previous experience in management/supervisory roles
• Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Enhanced Child DBS Check - we can process one if needed
• Minimum referencing of the past 2 years
• Excellent spoken/written English and communication
• Experience working in a team environment as well as leading a team
• Able to travel and work unsocial hours
• Happy to work in an education environment with a close proximity to patients
