Morgan Hunt are currently working with a hospital based in Bristol, in their search for a Domestic/Cleaning Working Supervisor. The role is an exciting opportunity for a team leader who has experience within the Public and Health Sectors.
As a cleaning supervisor, you will ensure the smooth running of operations by overseeing a team of cleaners on a daily basis. You are responsible for planning and organising the cleaning operations for a hospital or department

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of cleaners and ensure that a high standard of service on the site is maintained and kept clean in all areas.
- Ensure the development and its buildings and common areas are professionally cleaned, well presented and maintained.
- Ensure that all health and safety risks are identified and report any accidents, trips, spills, hazards or near misses as per the site procedures, to the development manager or assistant development manager.
- Report to directors on the status and efficiency of projects.
Personal Specification
- Previous experience in cleaning management/supervisory roles
- Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Excellent spoken/written English and communication
- Experience working in a team environment as well as leading a team
- Able to travel and work unsocial hours
- Happy to work in an hospital environment with a close proximity to patients
