Senior Collection Officer
Morgan Hunt are currently looking for a Senior Collection Officer in Exeter. This role is temporary contract until April 2023.
The main purpose of the role is to collect Rent, Council Tax, Housing Benefit Overpayments, Garage Rent, Former Tenancy Arrears and Rechargeable Repairs.
Responsibilities of a Senior Collection Officer:
- High level of rent collection knowledge including serving Notice Seeking Possession, court action and eviction.
- Managing your own rent area.
- Desirable knowledge of Open Housing system for rent management.
Location: Exeter
Salary: £12ph
Contract: Until April 2023
Working schedule: Work From Home/Hybrid
