We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Transition Worker to be responsible for providing a responsive and efficient service to prospective High Needs and EHCP learners ensuring that all applicants receive comprehensive, impartial and person-centred initial information and advice.
Reporting to one for the Senior Curriculum Managers for Supported Learning, a key part of the role is to be the first point of contact for High Needs Students for schools, Local Authorities, parents/carers, social services and other professional agencies
It is essential that candidates have a good knowledge of curriculum for students with learning and/or disabilities at Pre-Entry to Level 3. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Learning Disabilities or Challenging Behaviour would be desirable.
