Volunteer Development Coordinator
Nottingham
£15.12 plus Holiday pay
3 Month Contract
5 days in the office the st month after then it will be 4 days in the office
Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding charity that support vulnerable women and they are seeking a Volunteer Development Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be independently recruiting as well as providing training for volunteers.
Main Duties: `
As a Volunteer Development Coordinator you will be responsible for the below:
- Enhance development of volunteers by creating policies, strategies as well as procedures that will increase engagement of volunteers.
- Plan and coordinate training, supervision, safeguarding and appraisals for volunteers.
- Arrange recruitment from start to end, advertise roles and update volunteers of opportunities available.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as multimulti-agency partnerships.
- Generate data and reports for senior management.
Requirements:
As a Volunteer Development Coordinator you must have the below: .
- Must have extensive experience supporting domestic abuse survivors or vulnerable people.
- Proven knowledge of delivering training and support to volunteers.
- Experience of working within a charity.
- Confidence when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
